Wow! As I was heading to bed, I just got the press release that Sapporo U.S.A. (which also owns Anchor Brewing) has announced they will be acquiring Stone Brewing. The deal is expected to close in August. All I can say right now is wow. (https://bwnews.pr/3neO9ix)
